Holiday Activity Club in Henley in Arden

Our holiday activity club at Henley in Arden Primary School caters for 4 - 13 year olds and features a range of fun, game based multi-sport activities in a safe indoor and outdoor environment. We are OFSTED registered, and can accept child care vouchers for attending the club.

Whether you need fun activities to entertain your child during the holidays, or you need to know they are being looked after by qualified coaches whilst you work the holiday club is an ideal solution.

The children will be active whilst taking part in fun games and activities that are inclusive for all abilities and encourage friendships to develop.

For Ages 4 - 13yrs

(4yr olds may ONLY attend MORNING OR AFTERNOON sessions)

FULL DAY - 8.30am - 3.15pm (ages 5 -13yrs)
(Drop off 8.30am - 9am. Pick up 3pm - 3.15pm)

One Full Day Cost £27.50 (early booking £25.50)

MORNING 8.45am - 12pm (ages 4 -13yrs)
(Drop off 8.45am - 9am. Pick Up 12pm)

One MORNING COST £16.50 (early booking £15.50)

AFTERNOON 12.15pm - 3.15pm (ages 4 - 13yrs)

(Drop off 12.15pm (please bring lunch), Pick up 3pm - 3.15pm)

Children will have the opportunity to take part in many different activities with all sessions looking to maximise your child's enjoyment of attending the club.

COACHES

All of these sports and activities are conducted by activity leaders who have numerous coaching and leadership qualifications and relevant child protection checks.

Please note DBS checks are carried out on all individuals, who are 16 & over, who lead or volunteer at Coolsportz.

What to bring on the day

Please bring a snack and refillable drink if staying for the morning or afternoon. If staying all day please bring a refillable drink, Lunch and a snack (if staying late we recommend an extra snack as well). We ask for NO NUTS in lunchboxes please as we aim to be a nut free holiday camp provider.
Children need to bring any necessary medical apparatus such as inhalers and epipens with them. Unfortunately we may have to refuse children if we don’t receive all the required medication and no refund will be given.
Children need to wear suitable sports clothing, loose fitted clothing and trainers is best and wear appropriate clothing to the weather conditions (including bringing a coat or a sun hat in the warmer months)
During summer months please can we ask you to put sun tan lotion on your child/ren before they arrive and bring some spare with them. We recommend all day sun cream and roll on suncream for the day as its easier for them to reapply.
