Our adult group programmes run all year round, please see VENUES for the coaching timetables, or we can arrange 1-1 coaching to suit.
Beginner - This is great for adults that have never played before or haven't played in years. We go through the basic technique, the tactics of the game and the rules of tennis.
Advanced - For players that are ready to play matches or are already matches. We help players with both technical and tactical support, with both singles and doubles.
Ladies Coffee Morning - This is great for ladies that haven't played for a while and are lacking in confidence, and are looking to meet new friends.
We have racquets for you to borrow or test drive!

Cardio Tennis is a fun, sociable group fitness class set on a tennis court and open to people of all ages, fitness and tennis abilities.
It's a great way of getting fit while playing tennis. Our current record is almost 9000 steps and 850 calories in one hour! You can take it at your own pace and there are opt-outs while you build up your fitness. It's drill based with a game to finish.
Guaranteed to bring a smile - so all muscle groups used!
All players must fill in a medical form before joining.
