Do you have an active child who needs entertaining? Do you want them to be in a fun, sociable environment?

Our holiday clubs cater for ages 4-15 years (4 year olds started school in sept 2023) and feature a range of fun, game- based, multi-sport activities in a safe indoor and outdoor environment.

ONLY OPEN TO PARENTS WORKING ACROSS THE WARWICK INDEPENDENT FOUNDATION SCHOOL (WISF).

During the day....

Children will have the opportunity to take part in many different activities including:
•Football •Cricket (Kwik cricket) •Tennis •Extreme Dodgeball • Multi-skill Activities•Hockey (unihoc) •Parachute games •And much more

COACHES

All of these sports and activities are conducted by activity leaders who have numerous coaching and leadership qualifications and relevant child protection checks.

There will always be a Paediatric First Aider on site.

What to bring on the day

Children need to bring a snack, lunch and drink with their name on.
We ask for NO NUTS in lunchboxes please.
Children who use inhalers or epipens MUST bring them. We will refuse admission to children who don’t bring their required medication and no refund will be given.
We MUST be informed if children are being picked up by someone else on the day or walking home, if we aren’t informed then children will not be released until we have this confirmation, or we are given the collection code stated on the booking form.
Children need to wear suitable sports clothing, loose fitted clothing and trainers are best. We won't accept children in sandals/crocs or flip flops.

Checkbox By completing the form you certify that your child(ren) is in good health and can participate in the sports camp activities. Any medication should be brought along in a sealed, named container, and that you agree to your child(ren) receiving first aid and being taken to hospital. Children must be collected on time and any deviation to the person collecting the child must be notified in advance to the Coolsportz manager. 1. The Data Protection policy (All policies are at the bottom of the Warwick holiday club page) 2. I understand that while the staff in charge of the groups will take all reasonable care of the young people, that they cannot necessarily be held responsible for any loss, damage or injury suffered to or by my son/daughter arising during or out of the activity. This applies to all Coolsportz activities. 3. I certify that my child is in good health and will be only be sent to sessions when they are able to participate in the activities. If they have any medication that they will bring it with them otherwise they will not be allowed to stay with no refund offered. 4. I grant permission for my child to be given first aid or treatment and if necessary, taken to hospital. 5. I agree to all the policies attached to the 'Warwick Holiday Club' page, including the cancellation policy. I give permission for me/my child/ren to be involved in any publicity (including photographs/TV footage). I understand that the pictures or filming may be used for promotional purposes on websites and in the media.
