Children's Birthday Parties

COOLSPORTZ offers an individual children's party package. One of our qualified coaches will come to your child's party and deliver all sporting activities. Various needs can be catered for and we can set activities for any age group and any number of children (as long as there is room).

Activities:
Activities that can be included on your party package are:

Multi Sports - a combination of different games and ideas to include relay races, dodge ball, parachute games and many more - this is perfect for the young ones.

Sports specific or a combination of the following:

• Football
  

• Tennis
  

• Uni-hoc
  

• Netball/Basketball
  

• Extreme Dodgeball
  

• Tri-Golf
  

• Tag Rugby
  

Equipment:
All equipment will be provided and an appopriate coach for the activities. The coach will turn up prior to the party start time to set up and will clear away afterwards so there will be less hassle for you!!

Venue:
You can choose whether you want to have the party at a convenient place for you i.e. a school hall or church hall (you will need to book the venue seperately but please let us know beforehand so we can discuss whether it is appropriate).
Alternatively: we have very good links with the following:

• Henley in Arden Tennis Club for the use of a couple of courts and the clubhouse (including kitchen and seating area) for a total of £20
  

• Warwick Tennis Club - £20
  

• Warwickshire college, Henley in Arden - £50 for the hall for an hour and 30mins (approx) with space allocated for you to do food with tables and chairs
  

• St Nicholas Leisure Centre, Leamington
  

• Myton School Sports Hall, Warwick
  

Costs:
The cost is £3 per child per hour based on a coach to child ratio of 1:15. We also have a minimum spend of £30 for an hour if you have less than 10 children. If more than 15 children, as long as their is adequate space coolsportz will provide an extra coach.

We will provide:
- All equipment
- Insurance
- A Coolsportz Medal for the birthday boy/girl.


What do you need to do:
Liaise with Coolsportz about times and days and then book an appropriate venue
Sort out the invites and obtain medical/health conditions for each participant and an emergency contact number
Sort out food, party bags etc if this is what you would like to do.

Additional Options:
We can also arrange for childens medals to be provided with your childs name, party and date of birth to be included to add or be the party gift given to the other children guests. Please enquire when booking if interested but orders must be made early.
