CAMPION SPORTS CAMPS -

DISCOUNTS AVAILABLE :

- Book by Mon 9th July and the costs are as follows:
- £8 for morning/afternoon or £35 all 5 days per child.
- £14 for 9-3pm or £67.50 for all 5 days per child.


- SIBLING DISCOUNT - ADD UP ALL THE DAYS THE KIDS DO AND THIS CAN BE USED AS PART OF THE WEEKLY DISCOUNT i.e - one child takes part in 3 days and one child takes part in 2 days, add it up together and receive the weekly discounted rate (5 days).

What you need to know or bring on the Day:

All paid coaches are CRB checked, and there will always be a first aider on site. Children need to bring a snack and drink for mornings sessions, and lunch for all day sessions.

Children must not be dropped off before their booked time and must be picked up on time, otherwise you will be charged at the extended hours rate.

Children must bring any medication they require with them, for example, inhalers for asthmatics or 2 x epipen's for children with allergies otherwise they will not be able to take part and a refund will not be given.

Please bring wear suitable sports clothes and trainers for indoor and outdoor sessions. All handheld computers are brought at your own risk.

Cancellation Policy for Coolsportz Camps

Coolsportz cancellation policy applies to all bookings, whether made online or directly through our coaches. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the time of the session booked or you will be liable for the full cost of the course.

All cancellations made with less than 48 hours before the course starts can expect a 50 % refund.
All cancellations made with less that 24 hours before the course starts will not be offered a refund.
No shows will also resort in a full charge for the cost of the course.
A re-schedule of a booking can be made if there is at least 48 hours notice given, and this can only be done once. The re-scheduled session must be in the same week.
If a cancellation is due to illness and 24 hours notice has been given a full refund will be offered. If less than 24 hours notice is given then an alternative date will be offered but no refund.

Please note to run a successful sports camp for all children we must have a minimum of 6 children attend a full day. If this is not the case the Campion Camp may be cancelled and we will offer those children who have already booked a place a full refund or a transfer to the Warwick Tennis Club or Henley in Arden Tennis Club Camp
