Dates and Times for School Holiday Camps:
Half Day Camps from 9am - 12pm are recommend for pre-school children or 4 year olds who have just started school. Four year olds are not permitted to stay all day.
Bookings are advisable. Bookings are taken on a first come, first served basis.

Young Leaders Award on Tue 26th April 9 - 3pm - only £20. Available for 10 - 13 year olds. All participants will gain an understanding on how to lead, organise and deliver sessions. Its an excellent way to gain confidence, teamwork and leadership skills. All participants receive a recognised Sports Leaders UK Young Leader Certificate.

Ages 4 – 14 years - 9.00am to 12.00pm (Half Day) or 12.00 – 3.00pm (should bring lunch) (4 year olds are only permitted to attend half day sessions either morning or afternoon) ONLY £9 for one day, £40 for 5 days for 1 child or £70 for 2 children (same family) OR 9.00am to 3.00pm (Whole day) ONLY £16 for one day, £70 for 5 days for 1 child or £130 for 2 children for the week (same family) BREAKFAST CLUB - 8.30am – 9.00am (extra £2 per day - breakfast not supplied!) AFTERNOON CLUB – 3.00pm – 4.00pm (extra £3.50 per day) |

All paid coaches are CRB checked, and there will always be a first aider on site. Children need to bring a snack and drink for mornings sessions, and lunch for all day sessions
Children must not be dropped off before their booked time and must be picked up on time.
Please bring wear suitable sports clothes and trainers for indoor and outdoor sessions. We have plenty of tennis rackets but please feel free to bring your own. All handheld computers are brought at your own risk.
Cancellation Policy for Coolsportz Camps
Coolsportz cancellation policy applies to all bookings, whether made online or directly through our coaches. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the time of the session booked or you will be liable for the full cost of the course.
All cancellations made with less than 48 hours before the course starts can expect a 50 % refund.
All cancellations made with less that 24 hours before the course starts will not be offered a refund.
No shows will also resort in a full charge for the cost of the course.
A re-schedule of a booking can be made if there is at least 48 hours notice given, and this can only be done once. The re-scheduled session must be in the same week.
If a cancellation is due to illness and 24 hours notice has been given a full refund will be offered. If less than 24 hours notice is given then an alternative date will be offered but no refund.
