Dates and Times for School Holiday Camps:

The Camp is held at Warwick Tennis Club, opposite Race Course.

Bookings are advisable. Bookings are taken on a first come, first served basis.

LTA Tennis Leaders Award - Fri 15th April - 10 - 3pm - £20. For ages 13 - 16 to gain experience in coaching and leading Tennis sessions and how to run and umpire tennis competitions. 5 hrs on court followed by 6hrs volunteering as a tennis leader (at another date). An excellent way to develop your skills as a leader and in the future maybe progress into Coaching Employment as others have already done.

Further information:
All coaches are CRB checked, and there will always be a first aider on site. Children need to bring a snack and drink for mornings sessions, and lunch for all day sessions

Children must not be dropped off before 8.45am and must be picked up no later than 3.15pm

Please bring spare clothes, rain coats and fleeces etc. Most activities will be outside, as well as inside activities depending on the weather. We have plenty of tennis rackets but please feel free to bring your own. All handheld computers are brought at your own risk.

Cancellation Policy for Coolsportz Camps

Coolsportz cancellation policy applies to all bookings, whether made online or directly through our coaches. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the time of the session booked or you will be liable for the full cost of the course.

• All cancellations made with less than 48 hours before the course starts can expect a 50 % refund.
• All cancellations made with less that 24 hours before the course starts will not be offered a refund.
• No shows will also resort in a full charge for the cost of the course.
• A re-schedule of a booking can be made if there is at least 48 hours notice given, and this can only be done once. The re-scheduled session must be in the same week.
• If a cancellation is due to illness and 24 hours notice has been given a full refund will be offered. If less than 24 hours notice is given then an alternative date will be offered but no refund.
